In a constantly changing and challenging work environment for the fast evolving practice of investment banking regionally and globally, BCC's vision is to grow organically and inorganically to a holding company structure that includes highly specialized entities focused on key areas of the business, namely in securities trading, asset management, securities underwriting and market research.
