Structured Finance

BCC is involved in obtaining structured finance for its clients, the process starts by BCC evaluating and measuring the client’s business cash flow strength, then knocking on banks’ and willing investors doors in order to obtain the needed finance.
The process of obtaining structured finance involves other complex financial transactions including securitization, credit rating, credit enhancement and tranching; BCC is active in providing financial advisory for securitization assignments.
