Benchmark Capital Corp., SAE, (BCC) is an investment banking firm based in Cairo, Egypt; it is a joint-stock company established in 2005 under Law no. 8 of the year 1997, with an authorized capital of  EGP5 million.

BCC is licensed to practice investment promotion in its broadest sense, which affords BCC a relatively high degree of flexibility in terms of the scope of services it renders to clients. Under this license, the Company is authorized to practice investment promotion including all related investment banking services to a variety of business enterprises, individual entrepreneurs and state-owned entities. In this context, the Company has been establishing a solid network of distinguished partners / associates in multidisciplinary fields of expertise that it needs to deliver a superior performance in accordance with industry best practices. 

In addition, BCC acts as a corporate counselor, providing its local and foreign clients access to strategic advisory services related to restructurings, strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and financing or refinancing.

BCC focuses its investment banking advisory services on eight core businesses which are Corporate Finance and Advisory Services, Business Plan Development, Business Valuation and Appraisal, Structured Finance, Securitization, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Debt Settlement Arrangements.
